Exhibitors Info
Starting from September 30, 2023, at 8:00 AM, exhibitors can pick up their badges and parking cards from the ROMEXPO ASSISTANCE OFFICE, located in pavilion B3.
SETTING UP PERIOD (30 September – 3 October 2023)
- September 30 – October 3, 2023 is the period intended for the construction of the own stands (AP), access is allowed (free) between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, at gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei no. 1) or D (Str. Parcului, Mercedes representative).
- October 2 – 3, 2023 is the day for setting up the stands built with ROMEXPO, access is allowed (free) between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
EXHIBITION PERIOD (October 4 – 7, 2023)
- during the fair period October 4-7, 2023, access to the parking lot will be at gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei no. 1), based on the parking card purchased from the Organizer.
PRESENCE AT THE STAND
Exhibitors must be present at the stand during the exhibition/visiting schedule.
- October 4 – 6, 2023, between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM
- October 7,2023, between 9:30 AM and 8:00 PM
DISMANTLING THE STAND / RELEASE OF EXHIBITION SPACE (October 7 – 9, 2023):
- October 7, 2023, between 4:30 PM and 8:00 PM
- October 8-9, 2023, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
ACCESS TO EXHIBITORS
- Car access for exhibitors: 4-6 October 2023 at gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei no. 1) of the Romexpo Complex, in the car park intended for them, between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM and on 7 October 2023 between 9:30 AM and 8:00 PM
- Pedestrian access for exhibitors:October 4-6, 2023 at gates B (Bd. Expozitiei no. 4), E (Bd. Poligrafiei no. 1) and D (Str. Parcului, Mercedes representative) based on the exhibitor badge, between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM and on October 7, 2023 between 9:30 AM and 8:00 PM.
Exhibitor parking card valid for the entire period of the fair – 21 Euro/piece + VAT.
